Asset Management Software – Information Technology

The City of Mountlake Terrace is soliciting proposals for an enterprise asset management software solution with a focus on municipal infrastructure. Proposals will be received in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) until 5 P.M., Pacific Time, Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at which time all proposals will be reviewed.

The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, project scoping, system configuration and deployment, data migration, systems integration, implementation support in coordination with city staff, and ongoing maintenance and support.
